微更新视角下的传统街巷活力重塑——以北京西打磨厂街为例

Vitality Rebuilding of Traditional Streets and Lanes from the Perspective of Micro-Renewal——Taking Xidamochang Street in Beijing as an Example

随着城市的发展和时代的进步,原有传统街区的建筑及其环境已不能满足现代居民的生活需求,传统街区中出现越来越多的改造活动。除对现有居住建筑升级改造,改善物质生存条件外,唤醒街区新的活力生机也是一个重要部分。如果忽略对传统街巷的保护与更新,其所蕴含的诸多文化价值会在发展的进程中被时间所磨灭。而以“微更新”为基础下的城市更新,正是为了保护现存物以及对已消失的要素而及时做出的必要手段。文章以西打磨厂街为研究对象,分析探索在城市传统街区如何以“微更新”的改造方式保留场所记忆,重塑传统街巷空间活力,从而提出西打磨厂街的复兴策略。

With the development of the city and the progress of the times,the original traditional block buildings and their environment cannot meet the living needs of modern residents.There are more and more reconstructive activities in traditional blocks.In addition to upgrading the existing residential buildings and improving the material living conditions,awakening the new vitality of the block is also an important part.If we neglect the protection and renewal of traditional streets and lanes,many of their cultural values will be eroded by time in the process of development.However,the urban renewal based on"micro-renewal"is a necessary means to protect the existing and the elements that have disappeared in time.This paper taking Xidamochang street as a research object,explores how to preserve the memory of the place and reshape the space vitality of the traditional streets and lanes in the way of"micro-renewal",Thus puts forward the revival strategy of Xidamochang street.
