摘要
对12名男子套路运动员上肢进行60s Wingate无氧代谢测试,按照运动等级将运动员分成实验A组和实验组B组,其中部分指标以整体(12人)为研究对象进行分析,增加了研究的可靠程度。结果显示:A组的ATP-CP系统供能能力明显优于B组(P<0.05),两组受试者无氧酵解供能均处于发展提高阶段;上肢运动PP与瘦体重的相关程度高于与体重的相关程度,但不具有显著性(r=0.477,P>0.05);△HL与总功之间存在显著相关关系(r上=0.639,P<0.05);运动后HLmax与PP、An60存在密切的相关关系(P<0.05);可见,对套路运动员的无氧酵解系统供能能力(无氧耐力)进行客观评价时,采用与本项目运动时间较为接近的无氧功率测试时间具有较高可信性。
This study does 60s Wingate anaerobic metabolism test to 12 male wushu routine players’upper limbs and divides them into group A and B on the basis of their sport levels,and some indicators are tested by all subjects to increase test reliability.The results show that energy supply on ATP-CP system of group A is better than group B’s(P<0.05),two groups’energy supply of anaerobic glycolysis is in development and improvement stage,the reliability coefficient of upper limbers’sport PP and lean body mass is higher than them with weight’s but not significant(r=0.477,P>0.05),△HL and total work show significant correlativity(r=0.639,P<0.05),HLmax,PP and An60 show close correlativity after participating in sports(P<0.05),and this paper also proves that it has higher credibility by adopting anaerobic power test time like this item to evaluate energy supply of anaerobic glycolysis of wushu routine players.
