On the Reconstruction of Confucianism Mode: Outline of the History of Chinese Philosophy by HU Shi

胡适的《中国哲学史大纲》开创了以西释中的范例,此后,国学逐渐成了西学的附庸。延至百年,随着中国国力的增强,本土文化开始觉醒,用中国人自己的方式解释自己成了越来越强烈的共识。有鉴于此,我们有必要重新回到中国国学被西化的起始点,从儒学被哲学化的源头开始,正本清源,恢复华夏中央文化固有的自信。

Outline of the History of Chinese Philosophy by HU Shi created an example in the western interpretation. Since then,the traditional Chinese culture has gradually become a subsidiary of western learning.Over the past century,with China’s growing national strength and the awakening of local culture,it has become an increasingly strong consensus to explain itself in Chinese ways. In view of this,it is necessary to review the starting point of the westernization of Chinese sinology,starting from the origin of the philosophization of Confucianism,and clearing the influence of western learning,so as to restore the inherent confidence of Chinese central culture.
