在当前的电网工程建设中离不开对电网安全问题的探讨,并不是只在使用和建设过程中才涉及到安全问题,而是在电网工程投入建设的前期设计和规划阶段就需要提高对电网安全建设的重视。本文以电网设计与规划对电网安全的作用为主题展开讨论,希望为电网的安全建设提供有利的意见和启示。

The current construction of power grids can not be separated from the discussion of the security of power grids.Safety is not involved in the use and construction of power grids and power projects.However,in the preliminary design and planning stage of the power grid project,it is necessary to increase the attention of the power grid security construction.This paper discusses the power grid planning and power design to the power grid security role of the inquiry,hoping to provide benefi cial advice and inspiration for the construction of power grid security.
