频域谱技术用于油浸式电力变压器绝缘状态现场诊断

摘要 为提高油浸式电力变电器运行的可靠性,本文提出基于频域谱技术的绝缘状态诊断方法。以220 kV变压器为研究对象,通过对比频域谱技术测量法与预防性试验法的测试数据,以验证两种方法对于变压器电容测量结果的一致性。结果显示,频域谱技术可以准确地反映变压器绝缘中的水含量,为绝缘状态诊断提供有价值的参考信息。频域谱技术属于一种无损测试方法,可以有效地进行油浸式电力变压器绝缘状态诊断。 In order to improve the reliability of oil-immersed power transformers,this paper proposes an insulation state diagnosis method based on spectrum technology.Taking the 220 kV transformer as the research object,the test data of the frequency domain spectrum measurement method and the preventive test method are compared to verify the consistency of the two methods in the transformer capacitance measurement results.The results show that the frequency domain spectrum technique can accurately refl ect the water content in the transformer insulation and provide valuable reference information for the insulation state diagnosis.Therefore,the frequency domain spectrum technique belongs to a non-destructive test method,which can effectively diagnose the insulation state of the oil immersed power transformer.
