火电厂高温过热器泄漏的原因与预防措施研究

Study on the Causes and Preventive Measures of Leakage of High Temperature Superheater in Thermal Power Plant

锅炉运行中,其受热面均处于相对复杂的环境中,容易发生受热面管子泄漏现象,从而影响锅炉的运行稳定性。本文主要结合爆漏产生的原因进行分析介绍,并对相应的运行改进措施进行了分析,以期提升锅炉运行稳定性和安全性。

In the operation of boiler,the heating surfaces are all in relatively complex environment,which is prone to the leakage of heating surface pipes,thus affecting the operation stability of boiler.This paper mainly analyzes the causes of explosion and leakage,and analyzes the corresponding operation improvement measures,in order to improve the stability and safety of boiler operation.
