在进行变压器的安装过程中,所涵盖的内容非常之多,极易导致漏油、绝缘等问题的发生。这就要求工作人员在进行安装操作的过程中采用合理的技术,从而避免设备出现受潮、过热、损耗等情况的发生。本文主要对500 kV变电站主变压器安装及检修方法展开了研究,主要介绍了安装前的准备、设备检查、整体安装等方面的正确方法,并对变压器的正常与不正常运行的检修方式展开了分析说明,旨在可以为有关检修工作者提供相应的理论参考。

During the installation process of the transformer,there are so many contents covered,which can easily lead to oil leakage and insulation.Among them,the staff is required to carry out the installation work through reasonable technology during the installation operation,so as to avoid the occurrence of moisture,overheating,loss and the like of the equipment.In this regard,the author mainly studies the installation and maintenance methods of the main transformer of 500 kV substation,mainly introduces the correct installation method before installation,equipment inspection,overall installation,etc.,and normal and abnormal operation of the transformer.The maintenance method has been analyzed and explained,aiming to give relevant theoretical references to the maintenance workers.
