摘要
事业部制管理模式于20世纪20年代初起源于美国通用汽车,其特点是“集中决策,分散经营”,在企业整体战略部署下,将部门按产品、市场进行重新设置并独立生产经营权责,各事业部独立核算,自负盈亏,企业高层统一考核。本文以XX电力设计院事业部改制为研究对象,根据实际运营情况分析此种管理模式的优劣,提出合理化修改建议。
The business department management model originated from General Motors in the United States in the early 1920s.It is characterized by“centralized decision-making and decentralized management”.Under the overall strategic deployment of the enterprise,the department is re-set and independently produced and operated according to products and markets.The powers and responsibilities,independent accounting of each business unit,self-fi nancing,and unifi ed evaluation of high-level enterprises.This paper takes the reform of XX Power Design Institute as the research object,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of this management mode according to the actual operation situation,and proposes rationalization and modifi cation.
