摘要
本文主要对电力用电客户服务系统的框架结构进行分析,并且以处理功能、管理功能和安全技术实现为前提,对电力用电客户服务系统的设计进行研究,并提出科学有效的研究结论,即通过先进技术的应用可全面提升电力用电客户的服务功能,以期为相关领域研究人员提供参考。
This paper mainly analyzes the framework structure of the power customer service system,and studies the design of the power customer service system on the premise of the realization of the processing function,management function and safety technology,and puts forward the scientifi c and effective research conclusion,that is,through the application of advanced technology,the service function of the power customer can be improved comprehensively,with a view to being relevant.Field researchers provide reference.
