金花茶组植物叶解剖结构特征与抗旱性的关系 被引量:10

摘要 探讨金花茶叶片解剖结构特征与抗旱性的关系,为金花茶的品种选育及引种栽培提供理论依据,以3年生的8种金花茶叶片为试验材料,对其解剖学结构特征及气孔特征进行测定,结合主成分分析,采用隶属函数法对各品种的抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明:塔姆岛金花茶的叶片厚度值最大为422.95μm,与其他金花茶的叶片厚度具有显著差异性,普通金花茶、罗斯曼金花茶、箱田金花茶的栅栏组织厚度值最大,凹脉金花茶的叶片厚度值和栅栏组织厚度值最小,气孔密度值最大的是普通金花茶,最小值为凹脉金花茶;8种金花茶呈现不同的抗旱性。叶片厚度、中脉导管直径、栅栏组织厚度、气孔密度可以作为反映金花茶抗旱能力的叶解剖结构特征指标,通过隶属函数法综合评价了8种金花茶组植物的抗旱能力,结果为抗旱性最强的3个品种为普通金花茶、塔姆岛金花茶、多毛金花茶,抗旱能力最差的为凹脉金花茶。 In order to provide a theoretical basis for variety breeding,introduction and cultivation of Camellia nitidissima,the relationship between Camellia nitidissima leaf anatomical structure and drought resistance of the trunk was explored in this paper.Taking eight species of three-year-old Camellia sect.Chrysantha as materials,anatomical structure and stomata characteristics were determined.The results showed that,the leaf thickness of Camellia tamdaoensis was maximum,up to 422.95μm,which was significantly different from that of other Camellia sect.Chrysantha.Palisade tissue thickness of Camellia chrysantha,Camellia rosmanii and Camellia hakodae were maximum,while the minimum leaf thickness and palisade tissue thickness belongs to Camellia impressinervis.The maximum value of stomatal density was Camellia chrysantha and the minimum value was Camellia impressinervis.Eight species of Camellia sect.Chrysantha showed different drought resistance.According to statistical analysis,the main anatomical structure indexes affecting drought resistance were leaf thickness,palisade tissue thickness,diameter of vessel in midrib and stomata density.By using the method of subordinate function values,the drought resistance of eight species of Camellia sect.Chrysantha was evaluated.The results showed that,the three varieties with the strongest drought resistance were Camellia chrysantha,Camellia tamdaoensis and Camellia hirsute,whereas the worst performers was Camellia impressinervis.
