摘要
为对3个地点6个叶用银杏无性系进行选育,采用完全随机区组设计,在江苏省邳州市、唐山市滦南县和甘肃省金昌市3个地点嫁接6个银杏Ginkgo Biloba叶用无性系,分析不同地点不同无性系的生长指标、生理指标,并根据主成分分析结果对无性系生长生理指标进行综合评分,选择生长及营养状况好的无性系。结果表明:1)枝叶生长生理指标在不同试验地间差异较大,试验地对枝叶生长及营养条件影响较大;2)部分无性系间枝叶生长生理指标差异较大,但小于试验地间差异,佛指叶片形态指标显著低于其余无性系,16#最高,侧枝生长佛指表现最佳,叶丰表现最差;3)佛指及27#在邳州、唐山生长生理状况较好,13#、16#在邳州生长生理状况较优,而大花穗、叶丰在唐山生长营养状况较优。所有嫁接于金昌无性系生长及营养状况均较差。
Using the method of random block design,six Ginkgo Biloba L.clones were grafted in Pizhou,Jiangsu Province;Luannan,Tangshan City and Jinchang,Gansu Province.Analyzing growth indicators,physiological indicators of different clones in different locations,using Principal component analysis to select clones with good growth and nutritional status and high productions.The results showed that:1)The physiological indexes of branch and leaf growth differed greatly between different experimental sites.The test site has a great impact on the growth and nutrient conditions of the foliage.2)The physiological indexes of branch and leaf growth of some clones are quite different,but less than the differences between the test sites.The leaf morphological index of the Buddha finger is lower than the remaining clones,16#is the highest.Buddha finger performs best of the growing of side branches,Yefeng does the worst.3)Buddha finger and 27#have good growth and nutrition status in Pizhouzhou and Tangshan.The growth status of 13#and 16#in Pizhou is better than that in Tangshan,while the Buddha finger and Yefeng in Pizhou are better than that in Tangshan.All grafted clones in Jinchang are poor in growth and nutritional status.
