摘要
POE评价是传统的针对城市已建成空间环境的使用感受和体验评价;近年来,伴随着着网络技术进步,城市大数据及其空间化推动城市规划朝着精细化、准确化、科学化方向发展,城市POI和热力分析作为一种新的城市空间分析方法逐步得到重视和实践。该文融合这两种技术,对作者所在校园公共空间进行多模式复合评价,利用城市POI和热力分析探究校园公共空间格局及其使用特征、分布规律,由此判别校园积极空间和消极空间;利用POE评价对消极空间进行实际调查,开展各要素剖析,查找原因,继而针对性地对消极空间进行修补更新尝试。
POE is a traditional evaluation on the use and experience about urban built space environment. In recent years, with the advancement of network technology, big city data and its spatialization make urban planning more refined, accurate and scientific. As a new method of urban spatial analysis, Urban POI and Thermal analysis have been paid more and more attention and practice. Combining these two technologies, we evaluate the campus public space in multiple modes, and using urban POI and Thermal analysis we explore the campus public space pattern, its usage characteristics and distribution laws, thus distinguishing between campus positive space and negative space. And then, the POE evaluation is used to investigate the negative space, so as to analyze the various elements, find out the reasons. At last, we make a attempt to repair the negative space on all of above basis.
