成本视角下外向型企业高质量发展的现状、风险与应对——2019年“降成本”调研分析

The High-quality Development of Export-oriented Enterprises:Their Current Situation, Risks and Countermeasures——Analysis Based on 2019 Cost Reduction Survey

中美贸易摩擦升级,全球经济和市场环境的不确定性进一步增加,我国外向型企业的生存与发展面临严峻挑战。基于2019年“降成本”调研,我们以成本为切入点,对外向型企业高质量发展进行全面、系统考察。一方面,分析外向型企业面临的成本变动和主要外部风险,粗略评估中美贸易摩擦的影响和冲击;另一方面,剖析外向型企业成本变动的宏微观影响,并以外向型企业的诉求为重点探讨政府政策支持的原则与要点。最后,以此为基础提出可行、有效的对策建议,助力外向型企业加快实现高质量发展。

The Sino-US trade friction has escalated since March 2018,which further increased the uncertainty of the global economy and market environment.Meanwhile,the survival and development of Chinese export-oriented enterprises are faced with arduous challenges.Based on the 2019 Cost Reduction Survey,we comprehensively and systematically investigate the high-quality development of export-oriented enterprises,taking cost as a starting point.On the one hand,analyze the cost changes and major external risks faced by export-oriented enterprises,and roughly evaluate the impact of Sino-US trade friction.On the other hand,examine the macro and micro effects of the cost changes of export-oriented enterprises,and discuss the principles and key points of government supporting policy,which focusing the appeals of export-oriented enterprises.On this basis,finally,the article provides feasible and effective suggestions in order to help export-oriented enterprises to realize high-quality development rapidly.
