我国智慧法院建设的实践、问题与对策

The Practice, Problems and Countermeasures of the Construction of China’s Smart Court

近年来,我国智慧法院建设取得了比较明显的成效,但是还存在着重建设轻应用、复合型人才队伍建设不足、网络信息安全压力大、系统平台间兼容互通性差等诸多问题。对此,深化智慧法院建设应当遵循尊重司法规律与尊重信息化规律并重等原则,确立以业务为中心的信息化建设导向,注重培养复合型信息化人才,增强网络信息安全防护,提高信息整合能力并完善智慧法院的评价体系,以使智慧法院建设能够真正服务于审判、执行和司法管理工作。

In recent years,the construction of China s smart court has made remarkable achievements.However,there still remain many problems unsolved,such as focus on the construction rather than the application,insufficient team construction of inter-disciplinary talent,great pressure on network information security,poor compatibility and interoperability between system platforms,etc.In this regard,to deepen the construction of smart court,we should follow the principle of respecting both judicial law and informatization law,establish the orientation of business-centered informatization construction,pay attention to the cultivation of inter-disciplinary informatization talents,enhance the network information security protection,strengthen the information integration ability and improve the evaluation system of smart court,so that the construction of smart court can truly serve the trial,execution and judicial administration.
