棉柴秸秆替代棉籽壳栽培秀珍菇配方研究 被引量:2

摘要 本试验在秀珍菇栽培料配方中添加不同比例的棉柴屑替代部分棉籽壳进行栽培,测定不同配方的秀珍菇菌丝生长速度、原基形成时间、产量及其在不同时期的漆酶活性。结果表明:配方4(棉柴屑40%、棉籽壳40%、麦麸18%、石膏1%、糖1%)的菌丝生长速度最快,原基形成天数最短,产量最高。不同栽培料配方的漆酶活性差异较大,但均表现为营养生长阶段较高,随菌龄的增长至子实体成熟,总体呈下降趋势。综合分析得出,配方4是棉柴屑替代棉籽壳栽培的最佳配方,漆酶活性的高低在一定程度上可以反映秀珍菇菌丝的活力。 The cotton wood straw was used to replace some of cotton seed hull in different proportions for Pleurotus pulmonarius cultivation.The mycelial growth rate,primordial formation time,yield and laccase activity of P.pulmonarius in different period were measured.The results showed that under the formula 4(cotton wood straw 40%,cotton seed hull 40%,wheat bran 18%,gypsum 1%and sugar 1%),the mycelia had the fastest growth rate,the days of primordium formation were the fewest and the yield was the highest.The laccase activity of different formula was different,but it was higher in growth stage,and decreased with the increase of bacteria age to the maturity of fruiting body.Comprehensive analysis showed that formula 4 was the best,and the activity of laccase could reflect the activity of P.pulmonarius mycelium to a certain extent.
