菌渣配施土壤改良剂对马铃薯产量、品质及土壤理化性质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 通过大田试验,研究了菌渣与蚯蚓粪以及聚丙烯酰胺PAM配合施用对马铃薯生长发育、产量、商品性、品质以及土壤理化性质的影响。结果表明,与对照组CK(常规化肥)相比,各处理对马铃薯以上各项指标以及土壤理化性质的改良效果均达到显著水平(P<0.05)。其中,T3处理的马铃薯株高、茎粗、主茎数的增幅分别为20.11%、29.97%、17.89%;产量增加24.26%;品质方面,淀粉、还原糖、VC、粗蛋白含量分别提升47.80%、28.26%、16.64%、29.96%;土壤理化性状方面,对土壤容重、孔隙度、盐分、pH的改良程度分别为4.39%、7.13%、23.23%、9.14%。综合考虑,T3处理(常规化肥+菌渣12000 kg/hm^2+蚯蚓粪7500 kg/hm^2+PAM 50 kg/hm^2)为本试验的最佳配比方案。 The field experiment was conducted to study the effects of combined application of mushroom residue,vermicompost and PAM on growth and development,yield,commodity and quality of potato and soil physicochemical properties.The results showed that compared with the blank control(CK)group,the improvement effects of all the treatments on the above indexes reached significant level(P<0.05).In which,under T3 treatment,the plant height,stem diameter and main stem number of potato increased by 20.11%,29.97%and 17.89%,respectively;the yield increased by 24.26%;the contents of starch,reducing sugar,VC and crude protein of potato increased by 47.80%,28.26%,16.64%and 29.96%respectively;the soil bulk density,porosity,salinity and pH value improved by 4.39%,7.13%,23.23%and 9.14%respectively.Considering comprehensively,T3 treatment(chemical fertilizer+12000 kg/hm^2 of mushroom residue+7500 kg/hm^2 of vermicompost+50 kg/hm^2 of PAM)was the best mixing scheme.
