中药联合针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Acupuncture in Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的观察中药联合针灸方案治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至12月菏泽市第二人民医院收治的84例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,随机分为对照组(常规西医治疗)与实验组(中药联合针灸方案治疗),各42例。对比临床疗效与对患者睡眠质量的影响以及治疗的安全性。结果实验组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组(78.57%,χ2=12.209,P<0.05)。干预前两组睡眠质量评分无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后实验组睡眠质量评分(84.25±2.44)分,高于对照组(71.14±3.41)分(t=20.2627,P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为2.38%,与对照组(4.76%)比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.823,P>0.05)。结论采用中药联合针灸方案治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效理想,可有效改善患者睡眠质量,且不良反应少。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture on postherpetic neuralgia.Methods Eighty-four patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted from January一to December were 2018 randomly divided into control group(routine western medicine treatment)and experimental group(traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture treatment)with 42 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,the influence of sleep quality and the safety of treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.24%,higher than that of the control group(78.57%,χ2=12.209,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sleep quality score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the sleep quality score of the experimental group was(84.25±2.44),which was higher than that of the control group(71.14±3.41,t=20.2627,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.38%.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(χ2=0.823,P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture on postherpetic neuralgia is ideal,which can effectively improve the sleep quality of patientswith few adverse reactions.
