术前抗病毒治疗与否对乙肝相关性肝癌患者术后的影响

Effect of Preoperative Antiviral Therapy on Postoperative Outcome of Patients with Hepatitis B-Related Liver Cancer

目的探讨术前抗病毒治疗与否对乙肝相关性肝癌患者术后肝功能及康复产生影响。方法回顾性分析广西柳州市人民医院2013年11月至2018年11月行肝癌切除术后的患者294例,其中术前抗病毒组202例,术前未抗病毒组92例。比较两组患者术后谷草转氨酶(ALT)、谷丙转氨酶(AST)及术后恢复时间。结果两组患者术后肝功能及患者康复时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乙肝相关性肝癌患者术前抗病毒治疗与否对肝癌术后患者的肝功能及康复时间没有影响。

Objective To investigate whether preoperative antiviral therapy has an effect on postoperative liver function and rehabilitation in patients with hepatitis B-related liver cancer.Methods A retrospective study of 294 patients who underwent liver cancer resection from November 2013 to November 2018 in Liuzhou People's Hospital of Guangxi,including 202 patients in the preoperative antiviral group and 92 patients in the preoperative non-antiviral group.The ALT,AST and recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in postoperative liver function and recovery time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Preoperative antiviral therapy for patients with hepatitis B-related liver cancer had no effect on patient's liver function and recovery time after liver cancer surgery.
