远端斜位透视锁钉技术在交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折中的临床应用

摘要 目的探讨斜位透视置入远端锁钉在股骨干骨折交锁髓内钉固定术中的临床应用。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月昌邑市人民医院收治的84例股骨干骨折患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组(常规摄正位片透视法)和观察组(斜位透视置入远端锁钉),各42例。比较两组的透视次数、远端锁定时间以及术中出血量。结果手术后10 d,观察组患者透视次数、远端锁定时间以及术中出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组愈合情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用斜位透视置入远端锁钉,股骨干骨折患者在交锁髓内钉固定术中具有方便快捷、简单有效的特点,手术创伤小,可以缩短骨折愈合时间。 Objective To investigate the clinical application of oblique fluoroscopy with distal locking nail in interlocking intramedullary nail fixation of femoral shaft fracture.Methods Eighty-four patients with femoral shaft fracture admitted to Changyi People's Hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into the control group(conventional radiographic fluoroscopy)and observation group(oblique fluoroscopy with distal locking nail)using a random number table,42 cases in each group.The fluoroscopy times,distal locking time and intraoperative bleeding volume were compared between the two groups.Results Ten days after operation,the fluoroscopy times,distal locking time and intraoperative bleeding volume in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the healing condition in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of oblique fluoroscopy in distal locking nail fixation for femoral shaft fracture is convenient,fast,simple and effective.The operation is less traumatic,and can shorten the healing time of fracture.
