产后出血采用Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管治疗的疗效探析

Effect of Bakri Uterine Tamponade Balloon Catheter in Patients with Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探讨产后出血采用Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年9月至2018年9月平度市第二人民医院收治的产后出血患者82例,遵照双盲法分组标准分为实验组、对照组,各41例,分别采用Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管进行治疗与常规宫腔内纱布填塞法进行治疗。对比两组治疗效果、不良反应、治疗时间以及住院时间。结果实验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(92.68%vs.70.73%,P<0.05),住院时间和治疗时间短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管应用于产后出血患者的治疗中,能够有效止血。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of postpartum hemorrhage treated with Bakri uterine tamponade balloon catheter.Methods Eighty-two patients with postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the double-blind grouping criteria and were treated with Bakri uterus tamponade balloon catheter and routine intrauterine gauze packing,respectively.The treatment effects,adverse reactions,treatment time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group(92.68%vs.70.73%,P<0.05).The hospitalization time and treatment time of was shorter than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Bakri uterine tamponade balloon catheter is effective in hemostasis in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
