前循环脑梗死桥接治疗术后发生脑高灌注综合征的危险因素分析

摘要 目的探讨前循环脑梗死桥接治疗术后发生脑高灌注综合征(CHS)的危险因素。方法选取2014年3月至2019年3月承德医学院附属沧州市人民医院收治的105例临床确诊急性前循环脑梗死患者作为研究对象,将患者分为CHS组和非CHS组,对两组患者的一般资料进行比较,独立危险因素采用分层分析法。结果CHS组患者同型半胱氨酸水平增高、糖尿病发生率显著高于非CHS组(P<0.05)。结论前循环脑梗死患者桥接治疗术前伴有同型半胱氨酸水平增高、糖尿病者更容易出现CHS。 Objective To explore the the risk factors of hyperperfusion brain syndrome after bridging therapy of anterior circulatory cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 105 patients with clinically confirmed acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction admitted to cangzhou people's hospital affiliated to chengde medical college from March 2014 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects,and divided into the CHS group and non CHS group.The general data of two groups of patients were compared,the independent risk factors were analyzed by hierarchical analysis.Results The homocysteine levels in the CHS group were increased,the incidence of diabetes was significantly higher than the CHS group(P<0.05).Conclusion CHS was more likely to occur in patients with anterior circulatory cerebral infarction with increased homocysteine levels and diabetes before bridging therapy.
