白内障超声乳化吸除术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Phacoemulsification in Treatment of Angle-closure Glaucoma with Cataract

目的观察白内障超声乳化吸除术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月宁国市人民医院收治的80例闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者为研究对象,根据手术方式分为两组,每组40例。常规组开展青光眼白内障联合手术,超声组开展白内障超声乳化吸除术。比较两组治疗效果,手术平均操作时间,手术前后患者平均眼压水平、最佳矫正视力,手术过程和术后眼瞳孔散大、角膜轻度水肿、虹膜萎缩等的发生率。结果超声组效果、平均眼压水平、最佳矫正视力、手术操作的平均时间、手术过程和术后眼瞳孔散大、角膜轻度水肿、虹膜萎缩等的发生率均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者行白内障超声乳化吸除术效果确切,可有效缩短手术操作的时间,且可减少相关并发症的发生,有效改善患者的视力和眼压。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification in the treatment of angleclosure glaucoma with cataract.Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,80 patients with angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to different operations,40 cases each.The conventional group underwent combined glaucoma and cataract surgery,and the ultrasound group underwent phacoemulsification.The treatment effect,average operation time,average intraocular pressure level,best corrected visual acuity,operation process and incidence of pupil dilatation,mild corneal edema and iris atrophy were compared between the two groups.Results The effect,average intraocular pressure,best corrected visual acuity,average operation time,operation process and the incidence of pupil dilatation,mild corneal edema and iris atrophy in the ultrasound group were significantly better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Closed-angle glaucoma combined with cataract is effective in patients with phacoemulsification,which can shorten the operation time,reduce the occurrence of related complications,and improve the patient's vision and intraocular pressure.
