中西医结合治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的效果

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Unstable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察中西医结合治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年2月北京市昌平区中医医院天通苑院区收治的80例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者。采用计算机程序生成随机数的方法分为对照组与观察组两组,各40例;对照组采用西药治疗,观察组患者给予中西医结合治疗,比较两组患者临床效果。结果观察组临床总有效率和心电图总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛临床效果显著,可明显改善临床症状,降低各项血脂指标水平。

Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods From January 2018 to February 2019,80 patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected.Patients were divided into control group and observation group by computer-generated random number with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical total effective rate and ECG total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol,triglycerides,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is remarkable,the clinical symptoms are obviously improved,and the levels of blood lipid indicators are reduced.
