针灸推拿综合治疗颈性眩晕应用价值探讨

Application Value of Acupuncture and Massage in Comprehensive Treatment of Cervical Vertigo

目的观察针灸推拿综合治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法选取30例颈性眩晕患者,随机均分为两组,对照组使用天麻素片进行治疗,干预组选择针灸推拿综合治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果和复发率。结果干预组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),干预组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸推拿综合治疗颈性眩晕效果优于天麻素片,可以提高治疗效果,降低疾病复发率。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture and massage in treating cervical vertigo.Methods Thirty patients with cervical vertigo were randomly equally divided into two groups.The control group was treated with gastrodin tablets.The intervention group was treated with acupuncture and massage.The therapeutic effect and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of cervical vertigo in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and massage combined treatment of cervical vertigo has better effect than gastrodin tablets,it can improve the treatment effect and reduce the recurrence rate of disease.
