中医疗法配合造口术治疗前庭大腺脓(囊)肿的疗效

Effect of Chinese Medicine Therapy Combined with Neostomy on Large Vestibular Gland Abscess(Cyst)

目的探讨中医疗法配合造口术治疗前庭大腺脓(囊)肿的有效性。方法选取2015年2月到2019年3月吴江区中医医院收治的42例前庭大腺脓(囊)肿患者,随机分为对照组(造口术)与观察组(中医疗法配合造口术),各21例,比较两组自觉症状评分、5 d创面愈合率、术口疼痛轻微率与复发率。结果治疗结束,观察组自觉症状评分低于对照组,创面愈合率与术口疼痛轻微率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医疗法配合造口术方法可有效改善前庭大腺脓(囊)肿患者预后。

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine(CM)combined with neostomy in the treatment of large vestibular gland abscess(cyst).Methods Forty-two patients with large vestibular gland abscess(cyst)admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group(21 cases)and observation group(21 cases).The control group was treated with neostomy,and the observation group was treated with neostomy combined with CM.The scores of conscious symptoms,5 d wound healing rate,slight pain rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of conscious symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the wound healing rate and slight pain rate were higher than those in the control group on the 5th day(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion CM therapy combined with neostomy can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with large vestibular gland abscess(cyst)and is worth popularizing.
