枸地氯雷他定片联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

Observation on Effect of Desloratadine Citrate Tablets Combined with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets in the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

目的观察枸地氯雷他定片联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法选取2018年1月至12月苏州市中医医院收治的60例慢性荨麻疹患者,根据患者就诊顺序进行分组,每组30例。对照组患者给予枸地氯雷他定片治疗,观察组患者给予枸地氯雷他定片联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗,并将两组治疗效果进行对比。结果治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(96.7%vs.80.0%,P<0.05)。两组用药安全性较高,其不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对慢性荨麻疹患者采用枸地氯雷他定片联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗的临床效果较好,其用药安全性较高。

Objective To observe the effect of desloratadine citrate tablets combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods Sixty patients with chronic urticaria admitted to Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly selected from January to December 2018.According to the order of patients'visits,60 patients were divided into 2 groups,and 30 patients per group.The patients in control group were treated with desloratadine tablets,and the patients in observation group were treated with desloratadine tablets combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(96.7%vs.80.0%),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The safety of the two groups was higher,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Diloratadine citrate tablets combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets are effective and safe in the treatment of chronic urticaria.
