鼓室内注射利多卡因及甲泼尼龙联合口服药物治疗急性主观性耳鸣的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Intratympanic Injection of Lidocaine and Methylprednisolone Combined with Oral Medication on Acute Subjective Tinnitus

目的研究鼓室内注射利多卡因及甲泼尼龙联合口服药物治疗急性主观性耳鸣的效果。方法选取2016年6月至2018年5月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治的92例(98耳)急性主观性耳鸣患者,随机分成对照组46例(48耳)与实验组46例(50耳)。对照组行常规药物治疗,实验组在常规药物治疗上于患者鼓室内注射利多卡因及甲泼尼龙。对比两组治疗有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果实验组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(98.00%vs.87.50%),不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(4.35%vs.17.39%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性主观性耳鸣患者鼓室内注射利多卡因及甲泼尼龙联合口服药物治疗效果显著,且临床安全性高。

Objective To study the effect of intratympanic injection of lidocaine and methylprednisolone combined with oral medication on acute subjective tinnitus.Methods A total of 92 patients(98 ears)with acute subjective tinnitus who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into the control group(46 cases,48 ears)and the experimental group(46 cases,50 ears).The control group was treated with oral routine medication,and the experimental group was treated with intratympanic injection of lidocaine and methylprednisolone combined with oral routine medication.The treatment efficiency and safety evaluation between the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(98.00%vs.87.50%),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly lower than that in the experimental group(4.35%vs.17.39%,both P<0.05).Conclusion The intratympanic injection of lidocaine and methylprednisolone combined with oral medication in patients with acute subjective tinnitus is effective and clinically safe.
