阿立哌唑与作业疗法对精神分裂患者生活质量及社会功能的影响

Effects of Aripiprazole and Occupational Therapy on Quality of Life and Social Function of Schizophrenic Patients

目的探讨阿立哌唑联合作业疗法对精神分裂症患者社会功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月无锡市锡山人民医院收治的100例精神分裂症患者,随机数字表法分成两组,各50例。对照组患者给予阿立哌唑口服,观察组在此基础上联合作业疗法。比较两组患者的社会功能及生活质量。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者干预后社会功能量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及临床大体印象量表(CGI-SI)评分均明显更低(P<0.05),各项生活质量评分明显更高(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑联合作业疗法可明显改善精神分裂症患者的社会功能及生活质量。

Objective To analysis the effect of aripiprazole combined with occupational therapy on social function and quality of life in patients with schizophrenia.Methods Totally 100 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases per group.Aripiprazole was used orally in the control group,and the observation group combined with occupational therapy on this basis.The social function and quality of life were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Compared with the control group,the social function scale,HAMD and CGI-SI scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05),while the scores of quality of life were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with occupational therapy can significantly improve the social function and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.
