微型种植体支抗治疗青少年口腔正畸的疗效及安全性探讨

Study on Effect and Safety of Microimplant Anchorage in Treatment of Adolescent Orthodontics

目的观察青少年口腔正畸治疗采取微型种植体支抗法的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2018年9月至2019年5月于溧阳市中医医院接受口腔正畸治疗的青少年患者53例作为观察目标,根据抽签法分为观察组(27例)与对照组(26例)。对照组患者采取传统口腔正畸治疗,观察组患者采取微型种植体支抗治疗。比较两组治疗效果,记录并计算各组患者出现不良反应的概率。结果观察组患者治疗后上中切牙凸距差(4.81±0.44)mm、上中切牙倾角(29.05±2.33)°均明显高于对照组,磨牙移位(2.53±0.11)mm低于对照组(P<0.05),同时观察组患者出现不良反应的总概率较对照组相比更低(P<0.05)。结论青少年接受口腔正畸治疗期间采取微型种植体支抗方法效果更佳,且可降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of mini-implant anchorage in adolescent orthodontic treatment.Methods From September 2018 to May 2019,53 adolescent patients who received orthodontic treatment in our hospital were selected as the observation objective.according to the lottery method,they were divided into observation group(27 cases)and control group(26 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with traditional orthodontic treatment and the patients in the observation group were treated with mini-implant anchorage.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,and the probability of adverse reactions in each group was recorded and calculated.Results After treatment,the difference of convex distance(4.81±0.44 mm)and inclination(29.05±2.33 degree)of upper central incisor in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and molar displacement(2.53±0.11 mm)was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the total probability of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In that period of orthodontic treatment,the effect of micro implant anchorage is bet,and the incidence of adverse reactions is reduce.
