摘要
以鞍钢厚板厂生产的Q550钢板为研究对象,选取超声波探伤缺陷合格及不合格的钢板试样通过酸浸低倍组织检验、金相检验、扫描电镜能谱分析、力学性能检验和疲劳极限测试等手段进行分析,确定不同种类、不同尺寸探伤缺陷对钢板力学性能和疲劳极限的影响,为更科学合理改进钢板探伤标准提供依据。
Taking the Q550 steel plates which were produced by Heavy Plate Mill of Ansteel as the research object,the selected samples from qualified and unqualified steel plates determined by ultrasonic detecting were examined or analyzed by these methods such as macrostructural testing by acid dipping,metallographic testing,analyzing by scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive X-ray,testing mechanical properties and testing fatigue limit.And then the influences of different kinds of the defects and different sizes of the defects on mechanical properties and fatigue limits of the steel plates were determined,which provided the basis for improving the standard for carrying out ultrasonic detecting of the steel plates more scientifically and rationally.
