Building the Accurate,Unique and Authoritative Data Source as the goal and following the principles such as Making Overall Plans Which Would Be Implemented Step by Step,Enacting Standards Preferentially Prior to Focusing on Centralized Management and Developing at a Progressive Speed Based on Carrying out Key Breakthroughs,the master data management system in line with the actual conditions on strategic governance of Ansteel Group Corporation Limited was constructed.The application results of the system demonstrated that carrying out the master data management could effectively solve the consensus problem on data in every application system and thus the quality of integrated data was improved.
