扬州市制造业生产动态变化及用电效率研究

Research on Dynamic Change and Power Consumption Efficiency of Manufacturing Industry in Yangzhou City

摘要 制造业是我国经济增长的引擎,正确把握制造业发展情况尤为关键。以2012—2017年扬州市制造业分行业数据为依托,首先引入Malmquist指数,从技术效率、技术进步等方面分析了扬州市制造业行业生产动态变化情况。接着,使用数据包络分析法(DEA)测算分析了扬州市制造业行业5年来的用电效率,发现扬州市制造业行业整体节电潜力较大。最后,综合上述两方面的内容,提出了相关建议。 Manufacturing is the engine of China′s economic growth,and it is especially important to grasp the development of the manufacturing industry correctly.Based on the data of Yangzhou manufacturing industry in 2012-2017,the Malmquist index was first introduced to analyze the dynamic changes of manufacturing industry in Yangzhou City from the aspects of technical efficiency and technological progress.Then,using data envelopment analysis(DEA)to measure and analyze the electricity efficiency of Yangzhou manufacturing industry,it is found that the overall energy saving potential of Yangzhou manufacturing industry is large.Finally,the two aspects above are combined to give relevant recommendations to Yangzhou manufacturing industry.
