摘要
为提升高校知识产权信息服务中心的服务能力,构建高校知识产权信息服务中心的虚拟价值链,运用专家法和层次分析法对虚拟价值链进行评价研究。结果发现信息系统和智力资本是高校知识产权信息服务中心虚拟价值链上的关键环节。结论得出要全链条布局和重点发展关键环节来实现整个虚拟价值链的协同优化和价值创造。
In order to improve the service ability of intellectual property information service center in colleges and universities.The virtual value chain of intellectual property information service center in colleges and universities is constructed through literature analysis and theoretical research.The results show that information system and intellectual capital are the key links in the virtual value chain of intellectual property information service center in universities.The conclusion is that the entire chain layout and key development links should be used to realize the collaborative optimization and value creation of the entire virtual value chain.
