摘要
基于调研数据,运用logit模型和Probit模型,实证分析了台湾科技人员来闽就业意愿及其影响因素。研究发现:文化程度、政府政策、发展前景、子女就学等均显著正向影响台湾科技人员来闽就业意愿;文化交流显著负向影响台湾科技人员来闽就业意愿;社会环境、研发创新、申报项目、农业合作、公共住房等对台湾科技人员来闽就业意愿的影响不显著。据此,提出加大宣传力度以提高政策知晓度、制定实施细则以增强政策实施效能、拓宽工作思路以加强惠台生活保障等对策,以吸引更多台湾科技人才来闽就业、生活,促进两岸融合发展。
Based on the survey data,this study uses the logit model and the Probit model to empirically analyze Taiwan’s scientific and technological personnel′s willingness to work in Fujian and its influencing factors.The study found that the level of education,the government policy,the development prospect and children’s schooling are significantly and positively affecting the willingness of these Taiwan Residents;cultural exchange has a significant negative impact on these Taiwan Residents;the impacts of social environment,innovating,applying new project,agricultural cooperation and public housing on these Taiwan Residents are not significant.Accordingly,it is proposed to increase publicity of policy to improve Taiwan Residents awareness,formulate concrete rules to enhance the effectiveness of policy implementation,broadenworking methods to strengthen these Taiwan Residents life security and so on.And in order to attract more scientific and technological Taiwan Residents to work and live in Fujian,to promote integration and development of two sides of Taiwan strait.
