近年来,从国家到地方出台了一系列重大决策部署和政策措施,加大力度促进科技成果转移转化,形成了具有一定特色的科技成果转化机制和模式,带动形成了全社会大力促进科技成果转移转化的热潮。科技型企业作为科技成果转化、产业化的实施主体,解决资金需求是实现科技成果形成收益的关键要素之一。以科技型企业技术核心价值为导向,分析以技术资本化方式实现融资的模式,为技术经纪业务提供融资路径支持。

In recent years,there was a series of the major macro-control decisions and arrangements on promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements from national to local,which formed a pattern of mechanism and mode with certain features.It rose a hot trend of transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements among the whole society in China.As a main subjects of transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements,science and technology enterprises needed to focus on financing in order to realize profit in the market.Based on the core value of science and technology in science and technology enterprise,pattern of technological capital financing was analyzed,which provided support for carrying out technical brokerage.
