膀胱原发性印戒细胞癌的临床特点及其预后影响因素分析

目的探讨膀胱原发性印戒细胞癌(primary bladder signet-ring carcinoma,PBSRCC)的临床特点及其预后影响因素。方法收集郑州大学第一附属医院2013-06—2018-06间收治的11例PBSRCC患者的临床资料,进行回顾性分析;收集2008-02—2018-10间国内外公开发表的50例PBSRCC的文献进行复习。总结其临床特点及其预后影响因素。结果61例患者中,男48例,女13例;发病年龄(63.1±11.5)岁。手术治疗54例,化疗为重要的辅助治疗手段之一。统计学分析显示:肿瘤分期、有无转移为影响预后的独立因素。结论PBSRCC是一种极其罕见且恶性程度极高的肿瘤,病情进展较快,易转移,症状、体征及影像学表现无特异性。手术为最主要的治疗方式。肿瘤分期及有无转移为该病预后的独立影响因素。

Objective To investigate the clinical features and prognostic factors of primary signet ring cell carcinoma of bladder(PBSRCC).Methods Collect the clinical data of 11 patients with PBSRCC admitted in the first affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university from 2013-06 to 2018-06 for retrospective analysis;collect the literature of 50 PBSRCC published at home and abroad from 2008-02 to 2018-10 for review.summarize its clinical characteristics and its prognostic factors.Results There were 48 males and 13 females in 61 patients,and the average age of onset was(63.1±11.5)years.Chemotherapy is one of the important auxiliary treatments in 54 cases.Statistical analysis showed that tumor stage and metastasis were independent factors affecting prognosis.Conclusion PBSRCC is an extremely rare and malignant tumor with rapid progress,easy metastasis and non-specific symptoms,signs and imaging findings.Surgery is the most important treatment.Tumor stage and metastasis are independent factors affecting the prognosis of the disease.
