微创经皮钢板内固定治疗40例胫骨远端骨折患者临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨微创经皮钢板内固定术治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法选取2016-03—2018-09间在商城县中医院接受经皮微创钢板内固定术治疗的40例胫骨远端骨折患者。对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者术中出血量为(80.32±10.09)mL,术后第1天及第3天的VAS评分为(2.19±0.72)分和(1.76±0.43)分。术后均获12~18个月的随访,其间发生骨折延迟愈合4例,无畸形愈合、切口感染及固定物外露等其他并发症等发生。骨折愈合时间为(80.32±10.09)d。末次随访依据Baird-Jackson踝关节功能评分标准评定疗效:本组优21例,良16例,可3例。优良率为92.50%。结论微创经皮钢板内固定术治疗胫骨远端骨折具有创伤小、骨折愈合时间短、术后疼痛程度轻、踝关节功能恢复效果满意等优势,且安全性高。
