提高“90后”员工的工作积极性——工作重塑的应用

摘要 “90后”员工个性独特、以自我为中心,传统的自上而下的工作设计已经不再适用于该群体。本文利用工作重塑理论对企业提出建议策略,进一步调动“90后”员工的工作积极性,以促进企业和员工双赢局面的形成。
