平乐正骨"筋滞骨错"理论指导下手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy by manipulation under guidance of PingleS theory of“tendon stagnation and bone dislocation”

目的:观察平乐正骨"筋滞骨错"理论指导下手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法:将于2017年6月-2018年3月之间在我院颈肩腰腿痛科收治入院的神经根型颈椎病患者共40例,把患者随机分为2组,观察组选取患者20例采用平乐正骨疗法,对照组选取患者20例采用常规推拿疗法,2组共治疗15天,7天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程,疗程期间休息1天,将2组神经根型颈椎病患者治疗前后的疗效变化,应用临床评价量表(CASCS)评分进行对比;以及2组之间疗效进行比较.结果:2组患者在观察后疗效均较本组治疗前减轻,CASCS评分也均较升高(P<0.05),且2组间治疗后对比观察组优于对照组(P<0.01).观察组痊愈率30%,总有效率95%;对照组痊愈率25%,总有效率90%,2组痊愈率、总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:平乐正骨"筋滞骨错"理论指导下手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效确切,适合临床推广.

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of manipulations on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy under the guidance of Pingles theory of"tendon stagnation and bone dislocation".Methods:A total of 40 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,20 patients in the treatment group were treated with Pingle bone-setting therapy,and 20 patients in the control group were treated with conventional massage therapy for a total of 15 days,7 days as a course of treatment,2 courses of treatment,and 1 day off during the course of treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients with cervical radiculopathy before and after treatment were compared with the clinical evaluation scale(CASCS)score.And the curative effects between the two groups were compared.Results:after treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was less than that before treatment,the CASCS score was also higher(p<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups after treatment was better than that of the control group(p<0.01).The cure rate was 30% and the total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group.The cure rate of the control group was 25%,the total effective rate was 90%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.01).Conclusion:on Pingle^theory of"tendon stagnation and bone dislocation"in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy might be accurate and suitable for clinical promotion.
