前半程与全程使用止血带在膝关节置换术后失血与早期康复的对比

Comparison of haemorrhage and early recovery after knee arthroplasty using tourniquet in first half and whole process

目的:对比前半程与全程使用止血带在膝关节置换术后失血与早期康复的影响.方法:选择我院自2018年2月26日-2018年12月29日收治的62例行膝关节置换术治疗患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,每组31例,对照组全程使用止血带,观察组前半程使用止血带,对比2组治疗效果.结果:术前,2组患者膝关节功能评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);术后1周,观察组患者膝关节功能评分(73.8±6.2)分,显著高于对照组(62.4±5.9)分,观察组患者术中失血量(290.3±24.1)ml,显著高于对照组(138.5±27.6)ml,观察组患者术后隐性失血量(621.3±73.5)ml,显著低于对照组(694.8±74.0)ml,2组对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在膝关节置换术中前半程使用止血带,不仅能有效减少患者术后失血量,还能促进其尽早康复.

Objective:To compare the effects of tourniquet on early recovery and bleeding after knee arthroplasty.Methods:from February 26,2018 to December 29,2018,62 patients treated with knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into control group(n=31)and study group(n=31).Tourniquet was used in the first half of the study group,and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results:there was no significant difference in knee function score between the two groups before operation(P>0.05),but at 1 week after operation,the knee joint function score in the study group was 73.3%.The score of 8±6.2 was significantly higher than that of the control group(62.4±5.9).The intraoperative blood loss of patients in the study group(290.3±24.1)was significantly higher than that in the control group(138.5±27.6)mL,.The amount of recessive blood loss(621.3±73.5)mL in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(694.8±74.0)mL,(P<0.05).Conclusion:the use of tourniquet in the first half of knee arthroplasty could not only effectively reduce the amount of blood loss after operation,but also promote their recovery as soon as possible.
