老年股骨颈骨折实施中医特色护理的方法与效果评析

Evaluation and analysis of method and effect of TCM characteristic nursing for senile femoral neck fracture

目的:观察中医特色护理在老年股骨颈骨折中的应用效果.方法:选择2016年4月-2017年8月收治的60例老年股骨颈骨折患者,随机分为对照组和观察组2组,分别给予常规护理与中医特色护理,对比2组护理效果.结果:观察组愈合总有效率为100.0%,高于对照组86.7%(P<0.05);术后观察组Harris髋关节功能评分、GQOLI-74各维度评分均高于对照组,差异较为显著(P<0.05).结论:老年股骨颈骨折实施中医特色护理干预,疗效显著,值得推广.

Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in elderly femoral neck fracture.Methods:60 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted from April 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:group A and group B.Routine nursing and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing were given respectively,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of healing in group B was 100.0%,higher than 86.7%in group A(P<0.05).The Harris hip function score and GQOLI-74 scores in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention with traditional Chinese medicine for elderly femoral neck fracture was effective and worth popularizing.
