基于软件平台的社会公众心肺复苏培训效果的对比研究

The Effect of Social Public Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training Based on Software Platform

目的:对社区居民采用两种不同的心肺复苏(CPR)培训方式进行培训,比较两种培训方式的效果。方法:选取深圳市宝安区社区居民145名,均没有接受过CPR相关知识培训,随机分为对照组及实验组,对照组72名(面授+模拟人操作),实验组73名(App自学+模拟人操作),比较两组的培训效果。结果:无论接受哪种CPR培训方式的居民,培训前后对急救知识的认知均有极大的改观,愿意主动去救助陌生人(P<0.001),正确判断心脏骤停(CA)(P<0.001),在家正确处理CA患者(P<0.001),在室外正确处理CA患者(P<0.001),正确说出急救电话在培训前后无统计学差异(P>0.05)。对照组和实验组的居民CPR考核成绩无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:面授+模拟人操作和App自学+模拟人操作培训居民CPR的效果无明显差异。

Objective:To compare the effect on different cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)training methods to community residents.Methods:145 community residents in Baoan District of Shenzhen City were selected,and none of them received CPR training before.They were randomly divided into control group(n=72,face-to-face+Simulatoroperation)and experimental group(n=73,App self-study+Simulatoroperation).The training effects were compared between the two groups.Results:Regardless of the type of CPR training form,after training,the cognition of first aid knowledge had been greatly improved,willing to take the initiative to help strangers(P<0.001),correctly determine cardiac arrest(CA)(P<0.001),at home patients with CA were correctly handled(P<0.001),and patients with CA were handled correctly outside(P<0.001).The correct number of emergency calls was not statistically different before and after training(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of CPR test between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with two different forms CPR training,there is no significant difference between the two groups.
