摘要
目的:探讨新疆喀什地区的院前急救满意度数据谱对院前急救质量提升的作用。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年12月新疆喀什地区急救中心出车档案和相关医疗机构护理日志的联合数据,对期间执行院前急救的933例患者的治疗结果及其对院前急救的满意度进行评价。结果:933例院前急救患者中,致死83例(8.9%),致残310(33.2%);非常满意占35.2%,基本满意占55.9%,总满意率为91.1%。结论:院前急救后续抢救工作的成功率对院前急救的满意度有着直接的影响。充分考虑喀什地区实际,充分优化喀什地区急救管理体系,是喀什地区院前急救质量提升和满意度提升的必经途径。
Objective:To explore the effect of pre-hospital first aid satisfaction data spectrum on the quality improvement of pre-hospital first aid in Kashgar,Xinjiang. Methods:The data of emergency center departure files and nursing logs of relevant medical institutions,933 patients with pre-hospital first aid from Jan 2017 to Dec 2018 were studied. The prognosis and the satisfaction of 933 patients with pre-hospital first aid was evaluated. Results:Among the 933 cases,83(8.9%)were died and 310(33.2%)were crippled. 35.2% were very satisfied,55.9% were basically satisfied and 91.1% were overall satisfied for the pre-hospital first aid. Conclusion:The success rate of follow-up rescue of pre-hospital first aid has a direct impact on the satisfaction of pre-hospital first aid. Fully considering the actual situation in Kashgar and optimizing the first aid management system in Kashgar are the only way to improve the quality and satisfaction of pre-hospital first aid.
