一株致兔皮下脓肿金黄色葡萄球菌的分离鉴定 被引量:8

Isolation and Identification of a Staphylococcus Aureus Causing Subcutaneous Abscess in Rabbit

摘要 为确定福建省某兔场皮下脓肿病的病原,本试验从病死兔的皮下脓肿病料中分离到分离菌FJLYSA001。根据菌落特征、革兰氏染色特性和16S rRNA序列BLAST分析结果,确定该分离菌为金黄色葡萄球菌。药敏试验结果表明,分离菌FJLYSA001对氧氟沙星、左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、氟苯尼考和多西环素5种药物高度敏感;对庆大霉素和卡那霉素2种药物中度敏感;对氨苄西林、链霉素和恩诺沙星3种药物不敏感。 In order to confirm the pathogen causing subcutaneous abscess in rabbit,a Gram-positive bacterium FJLYSA001 was recovered from the subcutaneous abscess samples of dead rabbits from rabbit farm in Fujian Province.According to the characters of colonial morphology,Gram-staining and 16 S rRNA sequence,the isolate FJLYSA001 was identified as staphylococcus aureus.The result of antibiotic sensitivity test showed that the isolate FJLYSA001 was resistant to ampicillin,streptomycin and enrofloxacin.
