摘要
目的探讨护理绩效垂直管理对临床护士满意度的影响.方法拟定一套符合该院实际情况的护理绩效管理方案并应用于临床.选取某三级综合医院的一家分院临床护理人员作为研究对象.通过对临床护士满意度测评,评价其影响效果.结果绩效管理改革前后,护士对护理管理方式、工作成就感、薪酬待遇及夜班费方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),对人力配置、各种培训及职业方面等方面比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05).结论护理绩效垂直管理提高临床护士对绩效分配满意度,从而有利于提高护士对工作的积极性,提升自我价值感及护理质量,有利于护士的稳定,保证护理工作的安全.
Objective To explore the effect of vertical management of nursing performance on clinical nurse satisfaction.Methods To formulate a set of nursing performance management scheme in line with the actual situation of the hospital and apply it in clinical practice.Clinical first-line nursing staff in a branch of a tertiary general hospital were selected as the research objects.The effect of satisfaction evaluation on clinical nurses was evaluated.Results Before and after the performance management reform,nurses compared nursing management style,job achievement,salary and night shift fee,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in manpower allocation,various training and vocational aspects(P>0.05).Conclusions The vertical management of nursing performance is conducive to improving the satisfaction of clinical nurses on performance allocation,which is conducive to improving the enthusiasm of nurses on work,enhancing their sense of self-worth and nursing quality,as well as the stability of nurses and the safety of nursing work.
