导师制带教法在护理专科实习生临床带教中的应用效果 被引量:13

The application of tutorial teaching method in clinical substitute teaching of nursing intern

摘要 目的探讨导师制带教法在专科护理实习生临床带教中的应用效果.方法选取2015年5月~2018年1月在六安市第二人民医院实习的护理专科实习生310人作为观察组.另选取2012年5月~2015年1月在该院实习的护理专科实习生302人作为对照组.观察组推行导师制带教模式.对照组实施传统带教方法.将两组临床人员对实习生综合素质评价和护理实习生对带教方法评价结果进行比较.结果采用导师制带教法实习生的自我管理能力、技术操作能力、评判性思维能力、工作角色适应能力、临床解决问题能力与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);实习生对导师制带教方法在教学方法、教学管理及带教责任心等方面普遍评价较好,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论导师制带教方法较传统实习生带教法更适用于护理专科生临床带教. Objective To explore the application effect of tutor system and teaching method in clinical teaching of specialized nursing interns.Methods A total of 310 nursing interns from May 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the observation group and 302 nursing interns from May 2012 to January 2015 as the control group.The observation group carried out the tutor system.The control group carried out the traditional teaching method.The results of clinical staff evaluation on intern comprehensive quality and nursing intern evaluation on teaching method were compared between the two groups.Results The self-management ability,technical operation ability,critical thinking ability,job role adaptation ability,and clinical problem solving ability of interns under the guidance of the tutorial system were compared with those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Interns generally have a good evaluation of the tutorial teaching method in terms of teaching methods,teaching management and teaching responsibility,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of tutor system is more suitable for clinical teaching of nursing students than traditional interns with teaching method.
