家庭全程护理模式对阿尔茨海默病患者生活质量的影响被引量：4

摘要目的探讨分析家庭全程护理模式对阿尔茨海默病患者生活质量的影响.方法选取2017年5月~2018年5月在该院接受治疗的阿尔茨海默病患者50例,随机分为研究组和对照组.给予对照组患者常规健康指导,给予研究组患者家庭全程护理模式干预,对比两组患者长谷川痴呆修改量表(HDS)、简易智力状态检查表(MMSE)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分以及生活质量评分.结果干预前,两组患者的HDS、MMSE、ADL评分无显著差别,干预后研究组患者的HDS、MMSE以及ADL评分均显著高于对照组,生活质量评分显著高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论在阿尔茨海默病患者的治疗过程中,实施家庭全程护理模式干预措施能够显著改善患者的生活质量,降低患者的痴呆程度.
