轴颈倾斜对静压气体径向轴承静态特性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为获得轴颈倾斜对静压气体径向轴承静态性能的影响规律,采用有限差分方法数值求解考虑轴颈倾斜下的稳态Reynolds方程,分析不同轴颈倾斜角度下轴承静态特性参数的变化情况,结果表明:不同轴颈倾斜角度下轴承气膜厚度基本相同;轴承周向角度从90°增大到270°时,轴颈倾斜角度越大,轴承气膜压力越小,轴承周向角度从270°减小到90°时,轴颈倾斜角度越大,轴承气膜压力越大;偏心率一定时,随着轴颈倾斜角度的增大,轴承的静态承载力减小,静态刚度、摩擦因数、气体质量流量、静态力矩和角刚度均增加。 In order to obtain influence rule of journal misalignment on static characteristic of aerostatic journal bearings,the finite difference method is adopted to solve steady state Reynolds equation considering journal misalignment.The variation of static characteristics parameters of the bearings is analyzed under different journal misalignment angles.The results show that the air film thickness of the bearings is basically same under different journal misalignment angles.When the circumferential angles of the bearings increase from 90 degrees to 270 degrees,the bigger the journal misalignment angle is,the smaller the air film pressure of the bearings is.When the circumferential angles of the bearings decrease from 270 degrees to 90 degrees,the bigger the journal misalignment angle is,the smaller the air film pressure of the bearings is.Under a certain eccentricity ratio,the static load capacity of the bearings is decreased,and the static stiffness,friction coefficient,gas mass flow rate,static torque and angular stiffness are increased with increase of journal misalignment angle.
