基于正交试验法研究超声波对润滑油降黏效果的影响

摘要 为了研究不同参数的超声波对滑动轴承润滑油降黏效果的影响,采用正交试验法分析超声波降低润滑油10W-50黏度的最佳工艺参数方案。结果表明:频率20 kHz,强度为50 W/cm 2的超声波,作用时间为35 min,初始环境温度为25℃时降黏效果最好。超声波作用下油温小于30℃时,其黏度随超声作用时间的增加而迅速降低,降黏效果比较明显。采用Walther黏温方程对超声作用下的润滑油黏温关系进行线性拟合,拟合精度高。超声波降黏的最佳方案应根据动力机械轴承入口温度要求和综合成本决定。 In order to study effects of ultrasonic waves with different parameters on viscosity-reducing effect of lubricating oil for sliding bearings,the optimal process parameter scheme for reducing viscosity of lubricating oil 10W-50 by ultrasonic wave is analyzed by orthogonal test method.The results show that the ultrasonic wave with frequency of 20 kHz and sound intensity of 50 W/cm 2 get the best viscosity-reducing effect under action time of 35 min and initial environmental temperature of 25℃.When the oil temperature heated by ultrasonic wave is less than 30℃,the viscosity is reduced quickly with increase of ultrasonic action time,and the viscosity-reducing effect is relatively obvious.The linear fitting for viscosity-temperature relationship of lubricating oil under ultrasonic action is carried out by using Walther′s viscosity-temperature equation,and the fitting precision is high.The best scheme for viscosity reduction by ultrasonic wave should be determined according to inlet temperature requirements and comprehensive cost of the bearings for power machinery.
