成人骨性Ⅲ类偏颌畸形颅面硬组织结构三维对称性分析

Three-dimensional symmetry analysis of craniofacial hard tissue structure of the adult subjects with skeletal class Ⅲ mandibular deviation

目的:利用CBCT技术研究骨性Ⅲ类偏斜患者的颅面硬组织结构,探索不对称发生的部位与程度。方法:纳入65例骨性Ⅲ类错[牙合]成人患者,35例伴下颌偏斜者作为偏斜组,31例不伴偏斜者作为非偏斜组,采用CBCT扫描,对颅面硬组织标志点的不对称指数进行统计学分析。结果:2组存在统计学差异的点及与颏下点偏移相关的点集中在上下颌牙及牙槽标志点、下颌角点、喙突点。结论:骨性Ⅲ类偏斜患者表现为下颌骨的骨性不对称及上颌牙及牙槽的代偿。

Objective: To study the craniofacial hard tissue structure of skeletal Class Ⅲ skeletal adults and to explore the site and degree of asymmetry. Methods: The asymmetry index of craniofacial hard tissue structure of 65 adults with skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion with(deviation group,n=35) or without(no-deviation group,n=31) mandibular deviation were evaluated based on CBCT examination data. Results: Points that differ in the 2 groups and points that were related to the menton shift were concentrated in teeth and alveolar process, mandibular angle and coracoid points. Conclusion: Skeletal Class Ⅲ patients with madibular deviation show bony asymmetry of the mandible and compensation of maxillary teeth and alveolar bone.
